Depending on what source you review, there are anywhere from 3 4 main leadership styles (authoritarian, participative, delegative, and paternalistic) with some resources stating this number is as high as 17 recognized styles. For this assignment, you will investigate a single leadership style and informally share your findings as if you worked for a professional association (e.g., Society for Human Resource Management or Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology).
